Many of us have worked in corporate headquarters, satellite offices, and increasingly we’ve been working from home. Becoming a productive teammate to all your colleagues has been a challenge to so many of us over the last year. That’s why we had to speak to Kevin Eikenberry and Wayne Turmel. They’re the cofounders of the Remote Leadership Institute, and in their new book, The Long-Distance Teammate, they offer readers at all levels of an organization advice for moving from team members to teammates.

What’s nice about this book is that it’s prescriptive and actionable, and allows individual worker bees to take ownership of their own engagement to their work and relieve the stress and frustrations that can come from remote working arrangements – as most of us have figured out, there can be quite a few.
